When do I announce my candidacy?
Candidacy may be announced at any time. Potential candidates interested in seeking election to a local office listed below should review the Nassau County Candidate Handbook, or may contact the Supervisor of Elections office at 904-491-7500, Toll Free 866-260-4301 or TDD 904-491-7510 for additional information.
Prior to filing for office, and to avoid a conflict of interest, if presently employed, please review the Potential Conflict of Interest, Resign to Run Law, and the Hatch Act.

How do I become a candidate?
