Restore Voting Rights

A person adjudicated guilty of a felony conviction and whose voting rights have not been restored may contact the Office of Executive Clemency for more information.

Visit the Florida Parole Commission to verify your civil rights have been restored and to print a copy of your Certificate of Restoration of Civil Rights.  Your name will only appear on the website if your civil rights have been granted.
